A ) INJECTION MOULDING DEPT

We have 21 sets of branded injection machine from Japan, USA and Taiwan, like SUMITOMO, TOSHIBA, CICINATI, OMC and CHEN HSONG. With the tonnage from 50 Ton to 1200 Ton, it mean that we can produce the small part like Button and Gear to the bulky part like Monitor Casing, TV Casing, HI-FI Casing and etc.

B ) SECOND PROCESS AND FINISHING DEPT

With the requisition and demand of our customer, market and to provide better services to all our customer, second process and finishing dept was set up on 1991 by Mr. Ko Jai Sing, a Taiwanese with have over 25 years of experience in this field, started with 10 person and expand to over 50 person now. To provide Silk Screening, Spraying, Hot Stamping, Sub-assembled work for all our customer. And we are equipped with the facilities as stated below :

C ) MOULD DEPT

To shorten the lead time of mould fabrication and repairing, we set up this dept on 1993, and it have helped us to provide better and faster services for all our customer. And all those works that need CNC machining, we have a very good supplier to support us on CNC milling and wire cutting.
